Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Employees of our company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

• Ends on April 30 2024.
• Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

How to Enter

• Subscribe to our newsletter within the entry period.
• Existing subscribers can enter using the same form.

Winner Selection

• A random draw will be conducted after the entry period to select the winner from all eligible entries received.

Prize

• The winner will receive a space on SwimTrek's Baja Peninsula Trip in Mexico in 2024, as detailed on the SwimTrek website.
• The prize covers only the specifics mentioned and does not include additional expenses.
• No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Notification

• The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the drawing.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

• By entering, participants agree to receive newsletters and promotional materials from our company, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
